Tommy “Kriss” Ballard's passion for being outdoors, seeing new things, and meeting new people led him to a driving career at an early age—first at 7-Up/RC Cola, then FedEx Ground, then Texas-based Hope Concrete, and now Dolese, where he’s worked as a Concrete Delivery Professional in our Durant Batch Plant for the past 10 years. 

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) recently named Dolese Bros. Co. Concrete Delivery Professional John Becker as a runner-up in its 2022 Ready Mixed Concrete Delivery Professional Driver of the Year Award.

The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) recently recognized Dolese Bros. Co. plants for achievements in safety during its Legislative & Policy Forum held Sept. 20 – 23, 2022.

We select three finalists to compete in our Driver of the Year competition every year. The winner of our competition goes on to compete in the NRMCA (National Ready Mix Concrete Association) Driver of the Year awards.

Dolese plants from across the state received top honors in two national safety programs: the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s (NMRCA) Think First Safety Contest and the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) and Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) Safety Awards program.

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) recently recognized Dolese Bros. Co. with its Producer Excellence in Quality Award for the company’s commitment to quality initiatives within its Oklahoma City metro and Tulsa Ready Mixed Concrete divisions.

The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) has awarded multiple Dolese Bros. Co. locations with Safety Excellence Awards, including Coleman Quarry, White Eagle Sand, Dover Sand and Ponca City’s 7 Mile Mine.

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) announced that Dolese Bros. Co., a long-standing construction materials business, is the 2020 recipient of the Excellence in Quality Award for the seventh consecutive year. This award is presented to a mixed-concrete producer that consistently demonstrates quality within management, production and materials.
